Jason Soulon

Jason graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1998. That year Jason was hired at a leading truck builder in Illinois as the Parts Manager. Jason quickly gained experience in all aspects of tank truck design and manufacture. He began to sell trucks in 2001, a time when the industry was undergoing significant change as it adjusted to new truck technologies that were coming about. Electronic meter registers, automatic transmissions and "smart-truck technology" all required new knowledge and skills. Jason is a certified Technician for Allison Transmission's DOC electronic diagnotic tool and holds a Level 3 Certification for International Truck and Engine's Diamond Logic software. During his time in Illinois he also gained experience with all aspects of business management ERP systems and Weight Distribution of trucks.In April, 2008 Jason was named Vice President for the International Association of Young Gassers. He is proud to further the cause of the Propane industry through his work with the Young Gassers.

Phil has been with our sister-company, Progress Tank, since 1984. He has served as President of Garsite, our airport refueling truck division, and most recently as Vice President of Progress before joining the Tri State team in 2008. Randy Krauth currently serves as a Sales Representative with Tri State Tank. Randy joined Tri State Tank after he sold his company, Mid West Spray Equipment Company which he owned for over 15 year, which serviced the industrial paint and fiberglass industry. Randy's diverse back ground includes various positions within the painting and fiberglass industry includes Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager.

Karen has over 30 years of professional experience in the truck mounting and sales industry. Karen has held various positions with in the industry and has extensive experience in inventory control, purchasing, truck tank mounting, and sales. Karen currently serves as Inside Sales Coordinator for Tri State Tank. Karen also handles all customers support functions including dealer licensing. Prior to Karen's return to Tri State Tank, she served as President/Owner of Truck Moves II, which served the transportation staffing industry.

In May 2010, Randy joined TST Sales Team, bringing in his knowledge of building trucks and dealing with parts. With this knowledge, Randy is able to help you find the parts you need.
